bismillah-ir rahman-ir rahim.
One day, you would make promises.
One day, you would build trust.
One day, you would know love.
One day, you would be happy.
In just one day, a million other things could happen.
And in just one day, it could all just crumble.
Crumble to the little bits and pieces, just like cookies.
I love cookies, do you love cookies?
Chocolate chip with nuts, oh so crunchy.
Imagine having one in your mouth, you could taste it.
Every single bite, every single crumb.
It tastes so magical, it tastes so sinful.
Because as you chew and chew, you realize that you have just destroyed it.
The perfect cookie, you just destroyed what you enjoy most.
You love the taste so much, you don’t want to stop eating it.
But then again, you destroyed it into crumbs.
And that is not helpful, because you would be left with no more cookies.
That’s life, everything just crumbles.
Because we enjoy destroying it, even when we love it.
We destroy it, out of greed.
I am sorry, but these are the facts of life.
That you and I, together we need to understand.
Or one day we could all stand by the sidelines, and there is only one word.
One word left to say, one word left on our lips.
Goodbye.
i recite: "the winds of change is nearing, will you still be there when it ends?"
amin.
